Law degree by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP),  extended education degree in Civil Proceedings by PUC-SP and extended education degree in Intellectual Property by Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP). Mr. Villela has vast experience in all fields of Intellectual Property, particularly Trademarks, Patents, Technology Transfer, Copyright and other authorship rights and new Information Technology, as well as Consumer Law. For fourteen years, Mr. Villela worked for large domestic and multinational companies, fighting patent and trademark piracy and counterfeit, developing licenses for use of imagery rights, franchise and e-contracts in general At present, Mr. Villela focuses on legal assistance to startups and companies of all sizes engaged in innovation.
