Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) extended education in Constitutional Law by Escola Superior de Direito Constitucional (ESDC) and a Master’s degree in Public Law, majoring in Constitutional Law by PUC-SP. University professor at post-graduate level in different institutions.

Mr. Vainer’s large experience emphasizes Consumer Law, particularly demands involving airlines, health plans, telecommunication companies and large service providers.

His practice includes development, assessment and review of public and private contracts, civil litigation and Business Law, as well as administrative appeals and assistance to public procurement procedures.

Mr. Vainer is also an expert in the Corporations Act and corporate law.
