Law degree by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), as well as extended education degree in Civil Proceedings by PUC-SP and also extended education degree in Intellectual Property by Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP). Mr. Villela holds vast experience in all fields of Intellectual Property, particularly Trademarks, Patents, Technology Transfer, Copyright and other authorship rights and new Information Technology, as well as Consumer Law.

For fourteen years, Mr. Villela has worked for large domestic and multinational companies, fighting against patent and trademark piracy and counterfeit, developing licenses for use of imagery rights, franchise and e-contracts in general. At present, Mr. Villela focuses on legal assistance to startups and companies of all sizes engaged in innovation.
