Graduated in Law from  Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU), post-graduate degree in Civil Litigation by Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Mr. Flemming has worked for ten years as legal coordinator responsible for national litigation, in the civil, consumer and labor areas before the largest airlines in the world, managing a liability of more than 1,000 legal actions. Mr. Flemming has extensive experience in drafting opinions and providing civil and labor legal advice, identifying irregularities and controlling risks for national and multinational companies, with the intention of minimizing losses.
